We truly value your satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.


1. Returns
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Required: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange claims.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personal care products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes)

  • Items without unboxing video proof

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery


3. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your bank account or Easy Paisa account.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.


5. Return Shipping

  • Cost: Return shipping is paid by the customer. A flat fee of Rs. 100 applies.

  • Courier: Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service (Leopard, Trax, or Post Ex preferred).

  • Note: We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
