Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Required: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange claims.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Personal care products (e.g., razors, toothbrushes)
Items without unboxing video proof
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days to your bank account or Easy Paisa account.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We offer exchanges within 7 days only if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Cost: Return shipping is paid by the customer. A flat fee of Rs. 100 applies.
Courier: Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service (Leopard, Trax, or Post Ex preferred).
Note: We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
